Peripheral Neuropathy


Chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is the presence of tingling, burning, itching and unpleasant sensations due to nerve damage by chemotherapy. Peripheral nerves are nerves outside the brain and spinal column. The pain is limited to the nerves of fingers and hands, and feet and toes.
