Jill Binkley, PT, MSc, FAAOMPT, CLT
Executive Director & Physical TherapistSpecializes in breast cancer rehabilitation. She has over 20 years experience in orthopedic physical therapy and manual therapy and has taught many physical therapy courses. Jill is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She has published extensively. Jill is a breast cancer survivor.

Marcia Pearl, PT, PhD, CLT
Physical Therapist & Board MemberMarcia is a physical therapist and certified lymphedema therapist working with women with breast cancer at TurningPoint Women’s Healthcare. Prior to joining TurningPoint, Marcia was the Chair of the Department of Physical Therapy at Georgia State University. Marcia is a breast cancer survivor.

Cathy Furbish, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Cathy is a physical therapist working exclusively with women with breast cancer at TurningPoint Women’s Healthcare. Cathy has 19 years experience as a physical therapist. Prior to joining TurningPoint, she worked primarily in spinal cord injury rehab at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. She became interested in working with women with breast cancer after helping her mother and her aunt with shoulder issues following breast cancer treatment.

Anita Boyce, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Anita is a physical therapy assistant with a background in sports medicine and physical therapy. She now works exclusively at TurningPoint. Anita feels stongly that breast cancer rehabilitation is a vital part of women’s healthcare.

Dorlores Moore, LMT
Massage Therapist
Dorlores is a licensed massage therapist. In the last 4 years she has focused her education and training on caring for women with breast cancer. Dolores has been a massage therapist for 7 years.

Karen Savrin, LCSW
Counselor
Karen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, families and groups. Karen has worked in a variety of settings, including foster care/adoption child protective services, and both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric facilities. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life transitions, stress, parenting problems and childhood trauma issues. Karen has special interest in working with breast cancer survivors.

Carlyn Kappy, RD, LD, CCRP
Dietition
Carlyn is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Clinical Research Professional. Carlyn has experience in developing individually designed nutrition plans to promote healthy body weight, participating in community out-reach wellness programs, educating clients on the appropriate use of nutritional supplements, and treatment of appetite change and meeting nutritional needs when on chemotherapy.

Renee Vaughn, LMT
Administrator
Renee is a licensed massage therapist and has worked as office administrator at TurningPoint for six years. Renee shares her passion to work with women with breast cancer and has a number of family members and friends who are survivors.

Arelis Nelms
Administrative Assistant & Hispanic Outreach Coordinator
Arelis is the administrative assistant at TurningPoint. Born in Puerto Rico she is fluent in both Spanish and English. Arelis takes the lead in TurningPoint’s Hispanic Outreach program. She finds great joy in interacting with TurningPoint’s patients. Outside of TurningPoint, Arelis is enthusiastically involved in volunteer community service.
