Shawn Phillips serves as the Vice President of Sales Transformation for NCR Global Banking. He is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of NCR’s transformation to an ‘as-a-service’ organization. With over 25 years of experience, Shawn has helped many organizations expand beyond their traditional business models. Prior to joining NCR, he held leadership positions at leading global IT and Management Consulting firms.
