Patricia serves on the Finance and Governance Committee and also The Pink Affair Committee. For more than 30 years, Patricia, CEO of Atlanta-based Royak Consulting, has worked as an innovative global executive. She collaborates to transform the human capital and platforms of public and private equity owned middle market firms. She has achieved success by recruiting talent that optimizes the brands stories and capabilities across the Omnichannel. This results in exponential profit and revenue growth in Asia, Europe, and North America. Royak has been at the helm of several leading apparel, intimates and health and wellness brands starting up divisions or acquiring new companies. These include diverse cross-functional leadership roles as COO of Marena Group, SVP of Maidenform, President of Calvin Klein Jeans, President of Liz Claiborne Europe and various leadership roles with Levi Strauss & Co.
She is a former Chair of the Board for nonprofit TurningPoint Breast Cancer Rehabilitation and recently joined the Board of Directors for the Tommy Nobis Center. She served as a member of the Strategy, Finance and Fund-Raising committees for American Heart Association, Promise Project, United Way and the American Cancer Society.
She graduated from Salisbury University in Maryland, where she serves on the Board for the Perdue School of Business as well as, their Shore Hatchery, Shark Tank, competition as judge. She resides in Atlanta with her husband Jack and son John Robert.
