Ariel earned her B.S in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University in 2022. Shortly after graduating she began her professional career with Maple Tree Cancer Alliance, a global leader in Exercise Oncology. She holds certifications as both an Exercise Oncology Instructor (EOI) and Exercise Oncology Educator (EOE) and is also certified as an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. In 2023, Ariel relocated to Atlanta, GA, to establish a clinical partnership with Turning Point, integrating free, personalized 12-week exercise programs into patient care plans. As Clinical Site Leader, she oversees daily operations and designs individualized exercise programs tailored to each patient’s fitness level, health status, treatment stage, and personal goals. She also leads a group fitness class for graduates of the one-on-one program, fostering community while offering ongoing guidance and motivation to stay active. During her time with Maple Tree, Ariel has contributed to collaborative research and partnership efforts with institutions such as the Mayo Clinic, Moffitt Cancer Center, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and the American Cancer Society. Ariel is passionate about empowering individuals with cancer to rebuild confidence, improve their quality of life and get back to the activities they enjoy through evidence-based exercise interventions. Witnessing the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of exercise firsthand, she is dedicated to guiding cancer patients through their recovery journey and takes pride in making a positive impact on their lives.
