Hali Smith is a new member of the board of TurningPoint.  For over thirty years Hali has been in the Health Care & Employee Benefits Industry which started in the Nursing Program at Dekalb Community College. Hali is the Human Resources Vice President of Benefits for Arrow Exterminators, Inc. a TOP 10 USA Workplace, which is 64-year family owned and operated pest control business based in Sandy Springs, Georgia and where her blessing is to support and educate their 3500+ team members.  

It is not a coincidence, Hali says, that her favorite hairdresser was talking about TurningPoint the day she was in the chair, which was post-Covid. The fact that the Arrow Exterminators Family, post-Covid, had an initiative “The Come Back is the Give Back” where 180+ Service Centers were given $1,000.00 each to donate to their favorite charity. The Arrow Benefits Department is extremely passionate about cancer prevention so of course that year and each one since all raffle winnings from their amazing “PINK OUT” Event are donated to TurningPoint.  Hali is a Georgia Native who grew up in Dunwoody. She currently lives with her husband of 24 years, Rob, in Cumming, Georgia. Her son, Seth, is currently attending KSU for his degree in Business Administration/ Sports Marketing.
