In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to create three delicious and customizable grain bowl options, including vegetarian and omnivore choices, while gaining practical tips on anti-cancer nutrition and making healthy eating easy without spending hours in the kitchen. Lunch is included, featuring food from the grain bowls demonstrated during the session.
