Sound nutrition is essential in your recovery during and after breast cancer. Due to chemotherapy and radiation there are specific needs for survivors. TurningPoint is offering educational sessions & TeleRehab appointments with our specialized oncology dietitian, Lisa Hubbard Eisele. Education: One piece of the puzzle

Fear can be reduced by education. TurningPoint’s monthly education programs are going virtual. Watch for live interactive and recorded education programs that address breast cancer survivorship topics, such as concerns regarding COVID-19 and breast cancer, navigating a recent diagnosis, nutrition, lymphedema, caregiver needs. Emotional Support: One piece of the puzzle

Would you be interested in a free online support group with an experienced clinical licensed social worker? Please take our SURVEY so that we can appropriately place you in a group. We realize that the trauma of our current world crisis hits our patients exponentially.  Our current support group has expanded, thus letting us know that there is a need.  We want to help you through this time. So, we are opening more groups for patients in every stage of breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery. TurningPoint continues to virtually host monthly support groups for people with metastatic breast cancer. TurningPoint has added new support groups to care for the emotional needs of patients during this difficult time.
