Served as CHRO for Thyssen Krupp Elevator, Americas Business Unit based in Alpharetta, GA. His span of HR leadership extended across the entire US, Canada and 14 countries in South America including Mexico (BU – 14,000 employees). HR Business Plan for the Americas BU had to be developed with all parties input and ultimately aligned with the HQ in Germany.
