Lois Rusco, BBA, MBA is the Executive Director of TurningPoint and leads the TurningPoint Team overseeing operations at two clinic locations and through our telerehab program. Lois has been involved with TurningPoint since 2014 as a donor and volunteer. Since 2021, she has held Board positions of Development Chair and Treasurer. In February 2023, she joined the staff as Development Director leading fundraising, grant writing, donor stewardship, volunteer programming and events. Prior to joining TurningPoint, Lois was an entrepreneur for over 20 years having started, run and sold three successful businesses. Her background also includes experience with large consumer packaged goods companies in strategic planning, finance, sales, and marketing/brand management. She also worked in public accounting (former CPA) and business consulting with BDO.

Lois strongly supports the mission of TurningPoint as her mother is a survivor, her sister-in-law passed away from breast cancer and, she has walked alongside many friends on their journeys. She is inspired by the strength and perseverance of the courages patients who walk through the doors of TurningPoint every day.

Something no one knows about me, I love to sing, and I have found an amazing joy in ballroom dancing with my husband, Tom.
